HOW LONG
DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?
If your product(s) are in stock, your order will
ship within 2-4 business days.
If your product(s) are not in stock, we will notify you
when we will be receiving those items and will ship them
as soon as they arrive. Replenishment of our stock usually occurs every 2-3 weeks. Backorders would arrive within this time frame or sooner.
HOW DO I
TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Your order will be sent via 2 methods: UPS Ground.
5 business days or FED EX Ground, 5 business days. Most
orders typically are sent UPS Ground.
We will use FEDEX Ground if your order contains bulky items
like Comforter Inserts or European Pillow Inserts.
Once your order is shipped we will email you a shipping
confirmation with the shipping date and UPS or FED EX tracking
number for your package. You can log onto UPS.COM or FEDEX.COM
to see where your package is in route.
Orders can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept many forms of payment through PayPal.
PayPal is a global, online payment system that sends payments
quickly and securely.
Before you pay for your Dream Betty Order, please click on "CONFIRM ORDER" when you are checking out. Then you will automatically be transferred to PayPal.com where you can pay for your order.
IMPORTANT: TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER INFORMATION COMES THROUGH TO US, PLEASE CLICK ON "RETURN TO MERCHANT" ONCE YOU ARE FINISHED MAKING YOUR PAYMENT IN PAYPAL.
If you do not already have a PayPal account set up, you can sign up for an account at no cost.
In PayPal you can choose your form of payment (Credit Cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER AND ECHECK).
With Echeck your payment will come directly from your bank
checking account.
WHAT ARE
YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Dream Betty shipping rates and “Free Shipping
over $150” applies only to the United States.
Exception: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged
the regular shipping rates plus an additional $15.00 for
orders under $150. If your order is over $150 you will only
be charged the additional shipping fee of $15.00.
We will ship to Canada but please notify us prior to placing
your order so we can email you a price quote.
If you need items sooner, Next Day or 2nd Day Delivery,
please email us prior to placing your order to receive a
price quote.
State Sales Tax (6%) will apply to orders shipped within
the state of New Jersey.

WHAT ARE
YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES?
We do accept returns and exchanges. These items
must be returned or exchanged within a 20 day period from
your receipt of the merchandise. You will be refunded for
the price of the products only when the order is under $150 and the customer paid for shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE If a customer received "Free Shipping" on an order over $150, then the return would be credited less the shipping charges Dream Betty incurred. Typically, shipping charges are 5-8% of a total order. We feel this is a fair policy since other internet businesses charge a 10-20% restocking fee on returns. We offer fabric swatches for this reason when a customer is unsure about the look of the product.

for a Return Authorization Number. Please label the outside
of the package with this number.
Return Shipping Costs will be at the customer’s
expense. Once we receive the items your refund will be applied
to the same method of payment used, providing the items
are returned unused, in their original packaging and in
good condition!
Please make all efforts to package your return merchandise
in the box in which it was shipped. We recommend insuring
the package as we can not be responsible for damage or loss
that occurs during the return shipping.
Please note we reserve the right to reject a return if
after inspection we determine that it has not been returned
in the condition that it was sent to the customer.
Please be aware if you are unable to follow our return
policy regarding the 20 day window, the return may not be
accepted.

HOW
DO I ORDER SWATCHES?
The cost for each Fabric Swatch is $ .20.
You can order up to 5 swatches for $1.00 and the shipping
and handling charge will be $ .80. Each swatch size is approximately
4”x6”. It may not show the entire pattern but
will show most of the colors in the fabric in order to color
coordinate your room.
To order swatches click onto “Order a Swatch”
on the left side of the Home Page.
Swatches are sent by regular USPS mail. We process the swatch
orders within 5 business days. Please allow standard mailing
time.
WHAT
ARE YOUR FABRIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
Please follow the washing instructions on
your bedding, pillows and curtains. Most items are machine
washable warm or cold, tumble dry low. Items made of “Faux
Fur” or “Metallic Gold Sequin”
material or material with crystal embellishments are “Dry Clean Only”.
Please remove the pillow inserts from the Accent Pillow
Covers and Neckroll Pillow Covers before washing.

What size bulb and lamp base
do I use with your lampshade?
Dream Betty lampshades are meant to be used with
a maximum 40 watt bulb. Do not attempt to use a higher wattage
bulb because it could possibly burn the inside of the shade.
The dimensions of our lampshade are 6” diameter and
8” height. It has a “clip-on” attachment
that fits over the bulb. For proper sizing, this lampshade
should be used with a lamp base of 12” – 18”
in height.
Are your pillows non-allergenic?
Yes, all of our pillow inserts are non-allergenic.
Both our 16 Square & 9"x 22" Neckroll Pillows have a "Faux Down" feel insert and are
super soft!
How do I hang your curtains?
All curtains are meant to be hung on a curtain
pole or rod with a maximum pole circumfrance of 2 ¼
“ All curtains have a curtain pole pocket to slide
the pole into.
Most curtain poles or rods are mounted onto your window
molding or in the wall with appropriate screws and mollies
mounted next to or onto your window molding.
